Director

Brady joined IAB as Chief Operating Officer in 2024. She is a highly experienced business leader with a strong track record of working alongside accountants, advisers and business owners to help organisations unlock their full potential.

She refocused her career on Research & Development tax relief in 2013 as part of the original Breakthrough Funding Ltd team, an award-winning UK based R&D tax consultancy. She went on to become Managing Director of the business, leading its growth and overseeing its successful preparation for sale to EY in 2020. Brady then became Managing Director of EY Incentives Limited and led the EY Breakthrough team in Kent, acting as the primary liaison for accountancy partners.

Brady has developed and delivered externally verified CPD-accredited training programmes within the accounting industry, including EY’s R&D tax relief training. Alongside this, she designs and delivers tailored coaching programmes, supporting individuals and teams to achieve their goals and perform at their best.

She is passionate about helping people recognise their strengths and unlocking the talent that drives business success. Her main goal is to support the growth and development of the IAB where strong governance, clear systems and high standards meet passionate people, innovative culture, and meaningful purpose.

Brady holds a BA (Hons) in Business Administration and French from the University of Bradford.
